Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to request access to, deletion of, or a stop to the sale of their data. HelixMD does not sell personal information. You may contact us at any time to exercise your rights to access, correct, or delete your data.

Our services are directed to adults. We provide services only to individuals 21 years of age and older, as set out in our Terms of Service, and do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
